Individuals interested in joining should first come to a few
of the monthly meetings. This allows them to meet members and
see what IPPG is about. Once deciding to join IPPG a formal
application must be filled out and received by the membership
secretary and then approved by the board. Once approved by the
board the general membership is allowed to voice any comment
and the announcement of application is run in the Guildlines.
If no objections have been voiced the individual will become
a full member the following month.
Below are the classifications for membership:
Active voting member - A professional
photographer and an active member, in good standing, of
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS of AMERICA Inc..
Yearly dues $40.00 |
| Additional active voting member - A
professional photographer associated with an active member
of IPPG. and also must be an active or additional active
member, in good standing, of PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS
of AMERICA Inc.. Yearly dues $25.00 |
| Associate member (non-voting) - A professional
photographer that is not a member of the Professional Photographers
of America, Inc.. Yearly dues $40.00 |
Additional associate member (non-voting)
- A person employed by a photographic studio, establishment
or faculty member of any accredited photographic school
whose regular position is other than that of a full-time
photographer.
Yearly dues $25.00 |
| Sustaining firm (non-voting) - A firm,
manufacturer or organization who has a representative or
salesperson that has a active interest in the advancement
of professional photography. Yearly dues $25.00 |
